Our 2024 Guest Judge
Celebrating the best in Online Charity Retail
At Shopiago, we’re proud to support charities by helping them sell online to raise vital funds for good causes. Our annual Online Charity Awards recognise and reward charity shops who have embraced the world of online selling in a sustainable way. We’re passionate about celebrating the success, determination and valuable work carried out by shop workers, teams and volunteers across the country.
For automatic entry into some of our Awards categories, trades and sales must be made via the Shopiago platform. Please see our terms and conditions for further details. Entries are eligible from Monday 15th of April and the closing date is Friday 3rd of May. Winners to be announced in June.

- Ecommerce Treasure Hunter
- Volunteer of the Year
- Shopiago Ecommerce Best Newcomer
- Trade-in Team of the Year (Under 100 shops)
- Trade-in Team of the Year (Over 100 shops)
- Warehouse Trade-in Scanner of the Year
- Trade-in Superstar Shop
- Ultimate Gamer
Awards Prizes
Winners receive a huge £250 donation to their charity, along with £250 in high street vouchers to treat themselves.
Ecommerce Treasure Hunter
Do you or your teams have success in finding unique gems that maximise money for your charity? We are on the hunt for the most unique item sold through Shopiago Ecommerce with a sale value of over £100. Will you beat last year's winners with the Dolls Head Trainers sold by The Air Ambulance Service? Small and large charities encouraged people to apply.
Submission Requirements:
- The item must be listed through the Shopiago Ecommerce platform in 2024.
- Item value should be over £100 with proof of sale.
Volunteer of the Year
Has a volunteer within your charity shop excelled using Shopiago to drive vital revenue, boost morale or training whether that be Shopiago Ecommerce, Trade-in or Collections? Have they gone above and beyond to help your team? Show your appreciation and submit your team member for our Volunteer of the Year award.
Submission Requirements:
- Volunteer must be using Shopiago since January 2024 and to include examples showcasing the above.
Trade-in Superstar Shop
Has your charity shop excelled and shown growth while rolling out Shopiago Trade-in? Have they been taking part in our Shopiago Power Hours and helping teams adapt for positive results? Submit them for our Trade-in Superstar Shop!
Submission Requirements:
- Must be taking part in our Shopiago Power Hours.
- Must be submitting a trade at least once a month.
Ultimate Gamer
Is your team consistently participating in our Shopiago Trade-in Power Hours? Are they going above and beyond while taking part? Now is your chance to thank them by submitting them for our Ultimate Gamer Award.
Submission Requirements:
- Must be able to show examples of taking part in at least one Power Hour.
- Must submit your results and or previous leaderboards/badges.
- This award will be based on submission and non-submissions
Shopiago Ecommerce Best Newcomer
We are looking through our data to find the best newcomer from the last 12 months for Ecommerce to determine the winner with the highest value sale.
Submission Requirements:
- This is a non-submission based award.
- We will use the latest 12 month data to determine this and winner.
Trade-in Team of the Year (Under 100 Shops)
Has your team gone above and beyond while using Shopiago Trade-in this year? We will be looking for the team who have submitted the highest value trade between Jan - April 2024.
Submission Requirements:
- This is a non-submission based award.
- Items must have been submitted between January and April 2024.
Trade-in Team of the Year (Over 100 shops, excluding warehouses)
Has your team gone above and beyond while using Shopiago Trade-in this year? We will be looking for the team who have submitted the highest value trade between Jan - April 2024 Trade-in.
Submission Requirements:
- This is a non-submission based award.
- Items must have been submitted between January and April 2024.
Warehouse Trade-in Scanner of the Year
Showing some love for your fulfilment team. We are looking for a warehouse team that is excelling using Shopiago Trade-in and has submitted the highest value trade between Jan - April 2024.
Submission Requirements:
- This is a non-submission based award.
- Items must have been submitted between January and April 2024.
